Christian Stone is a sculptor and printmaker who was born on the tenth hour of the first day of the last month of 1999 and raised in New City, New York not to be confused with the vastly more popular New York City. He now resides in Chicago where he is a BFA candidate at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Through sculpture, printmaking, and performance art, Christian attempts to build fictional worlds that at first glance appear to be perfect, but then fall apart at the seams. He works with themes of exaggeration, absurdity, and satire to highlight some of the failings of reality.
